Nagasaki Hoju Pork, said to be the happiest pig in Japan, is a high-quality pig raised in an ultra-hygienic environment that has passed the rigorous certification test conducted annually by the Japan SPF Association for over 25 years in a row.It is said that pork has fewer bacteria than tuna sashimi, and it has little odor, so we use juicy, sweet pork in our dishes.Please try dishes such as Houju Pork Tonteki and Houju Pork Chazuke.
